A firm doing its own marketing

They were on a self-built Squarespace site and running their own presence. Nothing was broken exactly, but nothing was working hard either, and there was no strategy underneath any of it.

What I actually did here

I ran the engagement and did the marketing work: search, the ad account, tracking, content and social. The visual design was produced by a designer on my team, with direction and feedback from me, and the build was custom WordPress. Worth being precise about, because on this one I was not the person in Figma.

The numbers held

Average daily calls went up five times across six months, search clicks roughly tripled, and cost per conversion fell consistently rather than spiking once and settling back.

Why it is in here

This was DigiBenders' first engagement of this shape, and it is the pattern the practice was built on: one firm, one point of contact, and both the site and the marketing handled together rather than split across vendors.
