AI Readiness Assessment
Two weeks. One ranked list.
$2,500 CAD, fixed. Where the hours go, which ones a model can take, and the three to do first with a cost on each. Credited in full against the roadmap if you continue.

What you are holding on day ten.
- A map of where the hours go, by person and task, from sitting with your team rather than reading a form
- Each task tested against what a model can reliably do, with the ones it cannot named and left alone
- A ranked list of three, with an estimated cost and payback on each
- The things you were about to automate that would have made the operation worse, and why
- A one-page build-versus-buy call on anything a vendor already sells
- A written summary you own and can hand to any builder, including someone who is not me
How the two weeks actually run.
Week one
Two half-days with the people doing the work. Screens, not slides. I watch where time actually goes, which is rarely where the org chart says.
Week two
Testing. Real samples of your emails, calls, documents or orders run against a model, so the shortlist is built on what worked and not on what a demo promised.
Day ten
A 60 minute walkthrough of the ranked list and the written summary. Then you decide: stop here, scope the top item, or nothing at all.
The $2,500 is credited in full against the MVP Roadmap if you go on to scope the top item. If the honest finding is that there is nothing here worth building yet, you will hear that on day ten, and you keep the list.
What people ask before booking it.
A short, structured look at whether your business has anything worth automating with AI yet, and if so, what first. Not a quiz and not a maturity score. Here it means two weeks with your team and your real data, ending in a ranked list of three with a cost on each and a plain statement of what to leave alone.
